Play4n4 aims to provide a fair and efficient service that supports local and worldwide musicians and other artists. This Purchase Policy incorporates our General Terms and any other policies, rules or documents referred to herein. Any person who purchases or possesses a product from Play4n4, or uses or attempts to use any such product shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the terms of this Purchase Policy. 1. Ordering merchandise 1. Play4n4 sells merchandise and other products as a disclosed agent, on behalf of their respective artists. 2. Any purchase of merchandise, from Play4n4 website will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and sales policies. 3. Any purchase of music tracks, EP’s, VA’s or albums, from play4n4 website will be subject to the terms and conditions and sales policies of the third party sellers, which can be found on their respective websites. 4. When you place an order for merchandise, you are offering to buy the merchandise specified in your order. All merchandise is subject to availability and orders are subject to acceptance by Play4n4. Once an order is received we accept, we confirm the purchase by email to the address set out in the purchase form. 5. All purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks. Your transaction may be cancelled if it has not passed verification processes. We cannot reserve your merchandise in cases where you are unable to pass these verifications processes. 6. You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any items through unauthorised use of any robot or other automated device or any other illegal or unauthorised activity. Play4n4 reserves the right to cancel any transaction we reasonably suspect to have been made in breach of these provisions without any notice to you and any and all items purchased as part of such transaction will be void. 7. Play4n4 reserves the right to cancel orders which we reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently. 8. Whilst Play4n4 tries to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If Play4n4 discovers an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will receive a refund from us. That refund may not be for the full fee of the merchandise. 9. The merchandise shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by the Play4n4, provided that even if such consent is obtained, use of Play4n4's trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to our prior written consent. 10. You are only entitled to a refund if: a) the wrong merchandise was delivered; b) the merchandise was damaged. 2. No refunds will be given in respect of lost or stolen merchandise, after you have received it, and we will not be able to replace it. 3. All refund requests must be sent to info@play4n4 no later than 20 working days after becoming aware of causes for a refund, specified in Clause 1 of this Purchase Policy. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests received after that period. 4. Refunds will only be sent to the payment method you originally paid with. 5. You may have created multiple accounts on Play4n4 website. When you purchase merchandise it is your responsibility to keep track of which user account the purchase was made under. 3. Merchandise delivery and collection 1. All Play4n4 merchandise is sent by post. We aim to dispatch ordered merchandise as soon as possible. We are not able to specify the exact dates of dispatch, as the arrangements for dispatch depend on if and when we are in possession of the merchandise in stock. 2. We post the merchandise to the shipping address provided by you when placing your order. It is your responsibility to let us know of any change of address, contact phone number or email address. Please note that our preferred method of contact for order booking online is by email, so take care to provide a valid email address. 3. Play4n4 is not responsible if at the time of post, the merchandise cannot be posted to the shipping address, provided by you when placing your order. 4.
